“Kirov Holiday Center” resort is situated in the North-western part of Yalta City, on the territory of old village Autka. It was created as a manor 'Selbilyar' owned to princes Baryatinskie: Vladimir (1843-1914) and Nadejda (1846-1920/21). There were 15 buildings in all on the territory of the manor that was situated on Autskaya Street, 33 (today Kirova Street) and Obhodnoy Alley,1. Princess Baryatinskaya, in Russia famous as charity provider, in 1892 applied to N. Krasnov with a huge commission of construction in her manor 'Selbilyar'. In Yalta, Low Autka, the princess possessed sufficiently huge for the city a plot of ground (about 13,5 decima) and for Krasnov that commission was his first significant work of creation the one manor complex.

After the Soviet Authority had come in 1920, construction and the hole manor became nationalized and later municipalized. Palsied princess Baryatinskaya, voluntarily handed over the manor and wealthy collection of delineations by Russian, European and East artists to the local authority, was shot. In March 1921 in main construction of the manor an art museum was organized. The building got significant damages during the earthquake in 1927. After the earthquake the museum was closed, and the objects were passed to the museums of Sevastopol, Simferopol and Alupka.

In 1929 antituberculous sanatorium was based in the manor and then general sanatorium called 'Selbilyar'. During the Second World War a military hospital was placed and after the liberation – an institute of climate-therapy named after Sechenov, and from 1952 to nowadays - “Kirov Holiday Center” resort.

Two-storeyed building made in Renaissance style is situated on a high part railed in with back wall and in front of the main frontispiece a parterre is laid out. The low part of the parterre is finished with an arbor-belvedere under what you can find a cavern.

In the planning of the manor interiors, especially foyer, you can notice some pageantry. Foyer is a composite axis of the hole building in the form of atrium with a high light from the glass lantern of the roof. A mass oak ladder with three flights is risen along the walls to the first floor, originally designed for the private quarters of owners and guests rooms.
